"Submitting Was Easy"
I found the submission process simple overall. You just follow the steps, and it’s easy enough to get through without any hassle
"My order did eventually arrive, so I’ll give..."
My order did eventually arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the whole shipping experience was way more stressful than it should’ve been. They made it sound like tracking would be clear and the delivery would be reliable, but that wasn’t really the case. The tracking barely updated, the package took longer than expected, and when it finally showed up, the box was a little beat up, which is not exactly comforting when there are coins inside. I did reach out to customer service, and they responded, but they didn’t really give me any useful answers. Overall, it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t match what they seemed to promise

"Nice holder with a clean look"
This holder looks really nice and gives everything a clean, put-together presentation. If you’re looking for something simple that still looks good, I’d definitely recommend it.

"Turnaround took way too long"
I sent my coins in expecting it to take a little while, but it ended up being way longer than I thought it would be (i started wondering if anything was even happening). The updates I got didn’t really clear much up, so the whole thing just felt stuck for ages. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the turnaround time was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t use them again

"Fair value if your coin is really worth grading"
I used ngccoin.com to look up grading info and get a feel for pricing before sending in a coin. From my experience, it’s probably not the cheapest option out there, but it seems like if you’ve got a coin that’s worth grading, the value is fair. I liked that the fees were laid out clearly enough that I could decide ahead of time whether it made sense to spend the money. Shipping and turnaround can make the total feel a little higher, but in my case, I still felt like it was worth it overall.

"Pretty consistent grading overall"
I’ve sent cards in to NGC a few times now, and for the most part the grades have lined up with what I expected. I think a lot of other customers would probably appreciate that they seem consistent from one submission to the next. The turnaround time can feel a little slow, but I don’t have any real complaints about the grading itself.

"I just dealt with their customer service recently..."
I just dealt with their customer service recently, and it left a bad impression. I sent a message expecting a simple answer, but ended up waiting way too long without any real update. When they finally got back to me, the response felt generic and didn’t really solve the issue. Maybe they’ve been better before, but based on this latest experience, it was frustrating and not very helpful.

"Lack of Quality Service"
Not the oldest coin grading company but one of the top 2 most acceptable thus among the top 3 acceptable, #3 being the oldest. After submitting hundreds of coins to the three; NGC, PCGS, and ANACCS, I find fault with all of them but NGC the most. And, I have found NGC to be the most arrogant toward the customer (my experiences). First complaint, they simply classified me as “another disgruntled customer” and complaint dropped. Second, they merely pointed out the fine print that it is their decision to holder a coin or not. And third, the most recent, was a medal, JFK medal, which they noted as “(UNDATED GERMANY SILVER JOHN F. KENNEDY ***NOT ENCPSULATED*** INELIGIBLE TYPE”. In reality, they have graded numerous undated medals in the past. That is proven by a simple internet search; ie. NGC Serial Numbers 6812512-024, 6083916-005, 3325643-185, 429363-241, 4349789-022, 6599899-006, 2022 USAF by Modern Coin Mart, and many more. But, in my case, they send the coin back and keep the money. The NGC fee includes encapsulating and when they don't, they keep the money for at least that phase of grading. This saves them time and money while increasing their “bottom dollar” without consideration of the customer's expense incurred. If they can't do the job, return the item and refund the money (period). The customer is already out of pocket for S&H and Insurance.
